Desirée Ballegaard is the founder and CEO of Financial Confidence, keynote speaker and professional board member. She comes from a background in the financial sector and business consulting.
Founded Spiir in 2010 and has been working in fintech since then. Before that, Rune worked as a Business Analyst and as Head of Development at eBay in Denmark.
Jon Hasling Kyed is Deputy Director of fintech and payments at the FSA, where he is head of fintech initiatives, including the Danish regulatory sandbox.
Lars Hougaard is Deputy Financial Inspector in the FSA’s dedicated fintech unit. He is, among other things, the primary caseworker of the regulatory sandbox.

Kim Rosenkilde is a seasoned finance industry executive, having operated in major jurisdictions with significant management, revenue, and regulatory oversight.
Benny is responsible for the design and commercialization of the Saxo Bank’s Open API offering. He has been with Saxo since 2004. He holds a B.Sc. in C.S. and an E-MBA.
Pascal Franke is part of the Group Innovation department currently re-thinking and designing the bank’s innovation set-up. As part of it, he is responsible for partnerships within Innovation.

Ole Boisselier-Malmgren is Head of Trade at the Royal Danish Embassy in Singapore. Ole leads a team of five advisors assisting Danish companies and SMEs to explore export opportunities in Singapore and throughout Southeast Asia. Prior to this appointment, Ole was part of the Trade Council of Denmark in Japan and Australia.
Dorte Bech Vizard is the Ambassador of Denmark to Singapore and Brunei since September 2016. Prior to this appointment, she was Director of Investment Promotion and Innovation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. Dorte received the Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog in 2013.
